Peptides can bind to AML cells. AML and normal BM cells were incubated with biotinylated-peptides or non-conjugated
biotin (1 μM), which were detected by streptavidin-FITC. For this specimen, HP-A2
was detected in AML but not normal cells while HP-C8 was detected in both populations.
