Phenotype of day-14 ex vivo expansion cultures: Liquid cultures for 14 day ex vivo expansion were established with 100,000 CD34+ cells in 50 ng/ml of SCF, TPO and Flt-3 Ligand. The results of six separate experiments are expressed in terms of different surface marker expression levels on day 14. |
